Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Hello and welcome,

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and a Master of Psychology graduate from Adler Graduate Professional School in Canada.

I support individuals of all ages —adults, adolescents, and children— in exploring and navigating grief, emotional challenges, self-esteem issues, anxiety, depression, and trauma. My approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and relational — drawing from different psychotherapy modalities. I acknowledge and value your unique experience of life. My work is rooted in an Anti-Oppressive framework that is inclusive of gender identity and expression, race, ethnicity, and sexual orientation.
I am passionate about integrating art into body-based psychotherapy, drawing on my training in Art Therapy and Community Art at Metàfora Arteterapia in Spain.

My experience supporting children and adults with developmental challenges, of a wide range of communication, expression and mobility needs, has informed my sense of patience and energetic spirit.

I have also had the privilege of volunteering on a permaculture farm in Brazil‘s Atlantic rainforest —contributing to projects focused on food justice, eco-restoration and sustainable farming practices. I find meaning in connecting with nature and community.

I offer sessions in English, under supervision.

I really look forward to meeting you!
