Integrative Body—Based Psychotherapy

My approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and relational — drawing from different psychotherapy modalities.

In our work together, I aim to create a space of safety, warmth and genuine care so that you may explore the challenges you have been facing, and experience movement forward. I acknowledge and value your unique experience of life. My work is rooted in an Anti-Oppressive framework that is inclusive of gender identity and expression, race, ethnicity, and sexual orientation.

Anti Oppressive Practice

I acknowledge the impacts of structural oppression and marginalization. I take responsibility for my social position and privilege, and acknowledge how dominant models of psychology “directly and indirectly, have served to strengthen oppressive structures, by drawing attention away from them and toward individual factors” (Ignacio Martín-Baró, 1994). Individual challenges are often deeply rooted in societal and systemic issues. I am committed to advocating for systemic change, and justice for peoples and our planet.
